Skydance Lifestyle combines a yoga retreat in the world-renowned destination city, Cape Town, with the resurgence that comes from experiencing an African Safari. This is all while you are personally giving back to nature conservation and community development through a Skydance Lifestyle’s chosen non-profit.

Living a Skydance Lifestyle will encourage participants to develop skills that they can take with them on their journey through life.

A holistic approach to wellness is what we want to impart on our participants. From the way that we eat, to the way that we exercise, to the way that we develop skills to know ourselves through inner reflection and meditation, this is the Skydance Lifestyle.

Skydance Yoga

Being a holistic wellness focused program, guests are offered two yoga sessions daily while at Skydance Villa. The yoga sessions - one at sunrise and another at sunset - allow guests to practise yoga and meditation techniques.

Skydance Safari is where you will experience resurgence through nature.

Spend some time spotting the Big 5 or engaging in private and group sessions with our very own Clinical Psychologist, Dr Kameshnee. Explore your inner self through meditation and discussion, all while being surrounded by the African bush.
